Useful thinking. Small enough to use.

Short issue-led notes connected to the method. Read a topic, then consider which piece of work needs a clearer next step.

A priority needs a trade-off.
If everything stays on the list, calling one item a priority changes little. A useful discussion names both the work to protect and the work to postpone.
Define the handoff before the tool.
Start by naming the sender, recipient, required information and exception path. Then ask what the tool would need to support.
Give each meeting a decision.
Describe the decision a recurring meeting should make possible. Identify the inputs, owner and what leaves the room.
