The stay sheet
A few things
worth knowing.
Practical details belong beside the beautiful room photographs. Read these illustrative terms before reviewing a sample stay.
02
Rates & inclusions
All amounts are sample USD. The displayed nightly rate includes the room, stated guest capacity and breakfast. For this fixture, tax and mandatory fees are already included; the optional $36 picnic is the only extra.
03
Changing plans
Illustrative terms: changes and cancellation without charge until seven days before arrival; later cancellation would equal one night at the selected room rate. Nothing is charged or reserved by this demo.
04
House considerations
Fictional house rules: no smoking indoors, no pets, and quiet shared spaces after 10pm. These are sample policy terms, not representations of a real operator.
05
Access & suitability
Arrival photography includes steps, and rooms are illustrated within an older house. No verified accessibility, child-safety, allergy or other suitability guarantee is made.
06
Privacy & local storage
Room, date and guest choices are stored in this browser if storage is available. No name, contact details or payment information is collected. Clear your sample stay on the review page to remove those choices.
