The working method

Less framework.
More follow-through.

Business coaching gets vague quickly. Our process stays deliberately concrete: understand the constraint, make a trade-off, and set the next useful movement in motion.

Notice / Choose / Move

Three moves.
One real decision.

Each stage produces something visible, testable, and small enough for the team to keep using without us.

01

Notice

Interview the people closest to the work. Look at the offer, the handoffs, and the last three decisions that stalled. Identify the actual constraint.

02

Choose

Put the options on the table with their real trade-offs. Assign one owner. Agree what will not happen in this cycle.

03

Move

Define the smallest proof of progress, who does it, and when the team checks in. Build a cadence that exposes obstacles quickly.

The work product

Decisions you can
point to.

A one-page brief beats an impressive presentation nobody opens again.

Outputs might include an offer brief, a decision register, a responsibility map, or a weekly review template. Every project starts by agreeing what “done” actually means.

The practical difference

Useful in the real week.

We aim for artifacts that work under normal business pressure, not only in a calm offsite room.

A clear owner

Every decision has someone responsible.

Not “the team.” A named role and a check-in point.

A visible trade-off

The team knows what it said no to.

Clarity includes the work you deliberately do not start.
